10U – We have voted to move the younger players from shorts to pants this year. All 1^st time players at 10U will receive a new jersey, pants with belt, and socks as part of their registration fees. All returning 10U players will receive a complimentary pair of pants. Any additional uniforms may be purchased from our Uniform Coordinator Kari Bartingale her email is khbartingale@comcast.net. All 10U players that do not meet the age and grade level requirements must contact the 10U coordinator Dan McKay at dmckay@mcgough.com

Families looking for financial assistance please follow this process.
1. Go completely thru registration up to the last payment screen
2. Print or save a copy of this screen shot for Youth Advantage
3. Submit your request to Youth Advantage following the instructions on their web site
4. Email the Stillwater Fastpitch president Dylan Bell at president@stillwaterfastpitch.org to let us know that you are going thru YA to complete registration.

Multi Player Discounts are available this year in online registration. In order to get the discount you must register all players in your family at the same time in the same session.

Uniform - All players are required to wear the organization uniform. We will have several opportunities for you to try on and purchase the needed pieces. All of this is available thru Kari Bartingale at khbartingale@comcast.net

Registration after Feb 15^th will have a $25 late fee added to the cost of registering. Registrations after Feb 29^th will only be accepted to fill a team.

All players in the 9^th grade and up must attend school in the Stillwater District.

You must have completed your registration including the final payment process to be considered registered. All registrations that do not have a complete payment will be deleted from the system and not considered a valid registration. Please contact Dylan Bell if you need additional options for payment. We have a volunteer buyout fee included in registration. This option is for all families. You can choose to pay $50 and opt out of volunteering for the 2012 season. If you choose not to pay the $50 Volunteer fee you will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator who will have opportunities for you to volunteer. We have plenty of open volunteer positions this is another great opportunity for you to opt out of the $50 fee. Go to "Volunteers" on the left red menu to see what positions are open and click contact info to get more info.

All Players in our organization require a Birth Certificate with a current photo of your player, you will need to turn in a copy over to the organization before the season commences
