I TRY TO REGISTER IT SAYS I HAVE A PIN SET UP. NEVER HAVE HAD PIN SET UP. IT SAYS IT IS EMAILING PIN AND NEVER GET EMAIL. IF I PUT MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN FOR SUPPORT IT SAYS I AM NOT FOUND. ???????? |

I put in your email address and I had no problem with it. I even put in your email address to request a PIN Reminder and it found your email just fine. You are probably typing your information in wrong. Anyway, I have generated an email for you with your PIN information to your email address of Andrews@q.com. Thanks, |
